A. Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS)
The Ministry of Education (MOE) provides financial assistance to needy Singapore citizens so that all Singaporeans, regardless of their financial background, can benefit from the best opportunities in education. It also provides subsidy for school fees to Singapore citizen students from lower and middle income families. Students may apply for this anytime throughout the year.

B. IMDA’s NEU PC Plus Programme
The NEU PC Plus Programme provide students from low-income households the opportunity to own a subsidised PC-Bundle (i.e. computer with 3 years free broadband), to support their learning needs.

C. Food From The Heart
The School Goodie Bag programme focuses on providing underprivileged primary and secondary school students and their families with food rations to support them through a key stage of their lives.
Selected families on financial assistance scheme will benefit from the monthly food pack programme.
